Share success in 2015

For many of us, it’s a New Year’s tradition to assess what we have done well and what our opportunities for improvement are.

At The Main Line Chamber of Commerce, we shared many successes in 2015. Our Society of Professional Women continued to soar without peer in the region, and perhaps the nation, when it comes to women-oriented Chamber programs. Our Make More Save More business information-sharing and networking events successfully settled into a new King of Prussia location. Our Signature Events, ending the year with our Red Carpet Dinner in December, continue to draw crowds while supporting our year-round programming. Network at Noon luncheons, which had seen dropped off attendance in 2012 and 2013, have come roaring back. The Nonprofit Roundtable continues to go strong and our Young Professionals group is planning a set of 2015 events. In our newest major development, the launch of our Talent and Education Network is bringing a new group of larger companies with talent needs to the Chamber as we expand internships in the region.

We have listened to our members in creating these programs, which have helped to set the Chamber apart from other membership organizations that have been in decline in recent years.

As we continue to expand these programs, we also are committing to helping our members individually, through setting action plans as well as promoting them through social media and other communications strategies. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you are interested in coming up with a 2015 action plan for your Chamber membership.

The Chamber will continue to help employers gain knowledge and connect with the talent they need for their companies to succeed. If you know of another company that might benefit from membership, we invite and appreciate your referrals. Happy New Year.
