This inaugural magazine, The Talent Feed, is a new initiative of our effort. It’s unique in several ways:
• It’s the first quarterly e-magazine dedicated solely to talent in Greater Philadelphia;
• It shines a light on best-practices utilized by companies that are always learning new approaches to win a national war for talent now under way;
• And we are telling local stories, in most cases written by employees who volunteer their talents as part of what we call our Talent Writers Collaborative.
