Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Cheerfully answers the main phone line for the company and promptly transfers all calls to the appropriate person/que. Warmly greets all visitors to the company and directs them to the appropriate person/location. Supports the company’s management, purpose, mission, and values. Provides administrative support to appointment center:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Is the “voice” of the company and represents the company by cheerfully answering the main phone line and promptly transferring all calls to the appropriate person/que.
  2. Warmly greets all visitors to the companies and directs them to the appropriate person/location.
  3. Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the company as needed.
  • Building and sending out all of the pre-mailers
  • Inventory of office supplies and printed materials
  • Sorting and distributing all incoming mail
  • Sends out/inputs received surveys (Inspections, Service, Referrals, and 3rd Party)
  • Monitors and Reassigns any abandoned calls
  • Attends all Customer Service Department meetings
  • Manages all of our local references
  1. Provides customers and visitors with a remarkable experience.
  2. Regular, reliable on-site attendance.

Job Requirements:

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

  1. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  2. Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
  3. Skill in verbal communication.
  4. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
  5. Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
  6. Ability to perform accurate data entry.
  7. Warmth, cheerfulness, can-do attitude, urgency, and positivity!

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. High school diploma or GED preferred;
  2. Some experience with a multi-line phone system;
  3. 1+ years of experience in customer service; or,
  4. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.

 


Compensation: Pay is hourly plus commission on sales.
