Beneficial Bank ranked highest in customer satisfaction

J.D. Power & Associates, a global marketing information company, 
has awarded Beneficial Bank with "Highest Customer Satisfaction in Retail Banking in the Mid-Atlantic Region." Beneficial scored 839 out of a possible 1,000, and performed particularly well in the product offerings, account information and channel activities factors.
