Lower Merion considering land swap with BMW for Bala Ave. project
The Lower Merion Township Board of Commissioners are considering a land swap with BMW of the Main Line for a project that would consolidate operations and car storage on the east side of Bala Avenue in Bala Cynwyd. As part of the proposal, the township-owned parking lot behind BMW's sales lot would be transferred to the dealership in exchange for a perpetual easement for a public parking lot toward the front of the site.
