Accessing Gender Equality in the Workplace, An Interview

Kimberly Ramalho, Global Communications Expert

Kimberly Ramalho has nearly 25 years of communications experience and is credited with developing programs that deliver a high return on investment, motivate employees and increase awareness of the business. She has served as vice president, communications and public affairs at Lockheed Martin where she was actively involved in the coporations diversity and inclusion efforts and served as an executive champion for Lockheed Martin's Women's Impact Network, and as the global communications director for General Electric's Water & Process Technologies business where she developed and executed global communications strategies.

This fireside interview, conducted by Emmy Award winning Broadcast Journalist and Media Coach Monique Braxton, will provide perspectives into how those in leadership positions can embrace the next workforce generation and beyond.
