Mission Statement

The Main Line Chamber of Commerce’s Talent and Education Network (TEN) is an employer collaborative focused on helping companies learn from each other best practices in cultivating a diverse pool of entry-level employees, including acquiring and training team members, supporting effective talent pipeline initiatives, connecting employers with prospective employees and providing professional development opportunities for students in the region.

This e-magazine, The Talent Feed, is a new initiative of our effort. It’s unique in several ways:
• It’s the first quarterly e-magazine dedicated solely to talent in Greater Philadelphia;
• It shines a light on best-practices utilized by companies that are always learning new approaches to win a national war for talent now under way;
• And we are telling local stories, in most cases written by employees who volunteer their talents as
part of what we call our Talent Writers Collaborative.
