Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order from or if your shipment arrives arrives damaged, you may return it for a refund or an identical exchange. If the product is damaged you must notify The Main Line Chamber of Commerce immediately upon receipt of the product. Returns are allowed only if sent back within two weeks of purchase.

No refunds or returns are allowed for any events or advertising downloadable products, this returns policy only applies to items in the Chamber Store.

To initiate a return you must inform The Main Line Chamber of Commerce, prior to shipping that you wish to make a return. This is to ensure the proper handling of your request. Make sure that you specify the reason for the return and whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.

We are committed to your satisfaction and will gladly accept returns that follow the above guidelines. You will receive a refund of the cost of the purchased item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please return your item(s), with a copy of either the packing slip or a copy of our original invoice.
