Job Requirements:
The Contract, License & Registration Coordinator is responsible for:
- Contracts, Licensing & Registration – Administering and maintaining all CLR requirements for the Network Office
The core responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Contracts, Licensing & Registration
- Administer, input, track & follow-up on requirements & appropriate paperwork for
- contracting, licensing or registration of personnel. This includes new personnel, changes to existing personnel or termination of
- Provide information on technical requirements of contracting, licensing & registration process to appropriate
- Track licensing and/or registration & schedule education or exam requirements, including continuing education for industry or Home Office courses. Provide successful course completion information to the Home Office or outside
- Act as liaison between the Network Office, candidate & Home Office throughout the entire contracting, licensing & registration
- Act as liaison between the Network Office & background investigation company for requesting & follow up of inspection Flag findings for appropriate action.
- Act as liaison between the Network Office & state Insurance Departments for scheduling exams.
- As appropriate, facilitate & track requirements of non-resident

- Basic computer, Windows and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to develop and maintain rapport with professionals & build interpersonal relationships
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Strong analytical & judgement skills with ability to interpret & work within guidelines, while adhering to regulatory requirements
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to use high degree of diplomacy in handling all situations General insurance & investment experience beneficial
- Experience in technical knowledge of the contract, licensing & registration process within a highly regulated industry beneficial
- Knowledge of licensing & registration laws in insurance & investment industry beneficial
- Multi-line phone experience beneficial
- Customer service experience beneficial
