Job Description:
Our client in Malvern is seeking a Payroll Analyst - FT 9:00am-4:00 PM Temp for 3-4 months pays 27-28 hr. 100% remote including the training possibly moving to hybrid in late fall.
We are looking for a detail oriented, highly organized, and a person who would thrive in a remote setting collaborating with a busy HR team. As the Payroll Analyst you will provide support for both the payroll and benefits departments during the open enrollment for employees.
The Payroll Analyst responsibilities include;
-Processing payroll and benefit data with the payroll and benefit department
-Provides management of open enrollment and employee support
-Conducts internal audits with HR team to ensure data integrity between payroll and recruiting systems
-Delivers standard reports utilizing the reporting tools
Job Requirements:
-Proficient with HCM systems / Ceridian preferred
-3 years experience in multi-state payroll, benefits, and auditing
Compensation: $27-$28/hour
