Job Description:
Duties:
• Able to work with owners, design team, contractors, sub-contractors, on pre-development, design/development, and construction of various types of projects
• Able to work with team to bid and de-scope contracts
• Manage project owner/contractor meetings and be able to manage and negotiate conflicts
• Manage contractors and sub-contractors in the field
• Perform field inspections and maintain quality control
• Review Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals and establish project controls on projects
• Able to track and verify costs on job sites. Able to manage voucher and change order processes
• Able to manage quality and hold contractors to schedule to meet substantial completion dates
• Able to successfully close out projects.
Job Requirements:
