Participate in the Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia Today

 

The Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia recognizes the 50 most community-minded companies and organizations from across our region. It is built on a Corporate Civic Engagement Framework that creates a roadmap for companies committed to using their time, talent and resources to drive social impact in their business and communities. An important aspect of the program is that it offers individual benchmarking data through a partnership with True Impact, which provides philanthropic measurement software to every company that participates. This enables organizations to self-assess and improve practices over time. 

• Who should take the assessment: The Chamber and its partners are encouraging civic-minded members with 10 or more employees to take part in this assessment. Public and private companies as well as nonprofits agencies and institutions (e.g. hospitals and universities) with operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or Delaware are invited to participate in The Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia. While companies will be ranked based on information shared, all specific data points will remain private and confidential. 
• What: Completing the assessment provides a no-cost benchmarking tool that gives corporations deeper understanding of how their current corporate social responsibility efforts align with best practices in the field and organizations of similar size and organizational capacity.

In 2022, 19 of the 50 businesses honored in the Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia were members of The Main Line Chamber of Commerce. They include: Accenture, AmeriHealth Caritas, Bank of America, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Bentley Systems, Comcast, Drexel University, Firstrust Bank, The GIANT Company, Independence Blue Cross, Lincoln Financial Group, Nemours Children’s Health, Nolan Painting Inc, PECO, PNC, Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, Wells Fargo, West Chester University of PA and WSFS Bank.
