SolomonEdwards Acquires 29Bison

SolomonEdwards, a national professional services firm, has acquired 29Bison – a human capital advisory organization for the investment community – specializing in performing due diligence, value optimization, and pre- and post-transaction services. 29Bison helps companies evaluate and design the optimal human capital strategy across leadership and culture, benefits and total rewards, technology, operations, and overall organizational design.

Laura Kellers Queen, Ed.D., Co-Founder & CEO of 29Bison, will become Chief People Officer of SolomonEdwards, overseeing SolomonEdwards’ own human capital while continuing to play a pivotal role in the Human Capital consulting practice, which will be led by 29Bison Co-Founder Jason Wood.
