RSVP Volunteers Announces Leadership Transition

Published Wednesday, September 16, 2026 8:00 am

King of Prussia, PA — RSVP Volunteers announced that Executive Director Michele Moll will step down, effective September 15, after nearly 18 years of leadership. Sara Morton, RSVP's Director of Communications and Volunteer Services, has been appointed Interim Executive Director to guide the organization through the transition.

Moll has accepted a new position as Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties. During her tenure at RSVP, Moll worked alongside staff, volunteers, Board members, funders, donors, and community partners to grow and strengthen the organization's programs and expand its impact across the community.

"It has been an extraordinary privilege to lead RSVP and to work alongside so many dedicated people," said Moll. "Together, we have grown and strengthened our programs, expanded our impact, and built an organization that is well positioned for continued success."

Sara Morton, who has served on RSVP's leadership team for the past four years, brings deep knowledge of the organization's programs and community relationships.

“I am honored to step into this role and help lead RSVP as we continue to serve our community’s education and wellness needs. We have an incredible staff and board who will support our programs as we navigate our next steps.”

RSVP Volunteers will share additional information about its Executive Director search in the coming weeks.
